Congratulations to the Yeshivat Noam debate team on their recent first place win against Kushner, Yavneh and Yeshiva of Central Queens. Students debated whether the United States should adopt a universal health care policy. Special congratulations to individual winners Talia Halstuch and Gabriella Gotesman on winning second place partners as well as Rami Gertler and Eitan Mermelstein who won third place partners. This ended a successful year for the Yeshivat Noam debate team in which they won three out four of the meets.
