The boys of 2B3 had a super special morning when their rebbe and talented sofer Rabbi Shonek taught a lesson on writing a sefer Torah. Rabbi Shonek brought in a quill and piece of parchment for each boy, and they all enjoyed practicing their writing and exploring the different materials. He then led a fascinating discussion about letters in the Torah, and ended the presentation by demonstrating how he writes on parchment with a quill and ink. The boys were engaged throughout the morning!
