The yeladim of Kol Chaverim Preschool in Fair Lawn are ready for Sukkot. All classes are busy learning about this festive chag. They made a lulav and etrog and learned all about the arba minim. During davening students sing “Hashem Is Here” and shake their lulav in all directions symbolizing that Hashem is everywhere. They have also been sitting in their school sukkah each day. It is a beautiful large sukkah that accommodates each class for circle time, art and meals. The children have enjoyed spending time in the sukkah for chinuch and can’t wait to continue using the sukkah over Chol Hamoed Sukkot too! They have begun eagerly decorating the school sukkah and creating beautiful artwork to send home as well. Chag Sukkot Sameach!
