10) Autobahn Indoor Speedway: Indoor Electric Go-Kart Racing

Karts at the Autobahn Indoor Speedway can go up to 50 mph and drive along a professional Grand-Prix track. Reservations are highly recommended. Live lap times are displayed for racers and results are printed at the end of each race. In addition to the racing experience, Autobahn now has an ax-throwing area. This new trend in entertainment is exciting and so much fun! There are also virtual reality options. 1) Paterson Great Falls

A new addition to the National Park system, Paterson Great Falls includes the Great Falls of the Passaic River, raceways built in the late 18th century, and the Paterson Museum. See the waterfall that powered an industrial city dating back to the 18th century, established by Alexander Hamilton. Guided tours are led daily by the National Park Service. 2) Ross Dock Picnic Area

Ross Dock Picnic Area, part of the New Jersey Section of the Palisades Interstate Park, is a large scenic riverfront picnic area just north of the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, New Jersey. The Hazard’s Ramp boat-launching ramp is nearby. Accessed from Edgewater via the Henry Hudson Drive, Ross Dock features picnic tables, restrooms, water, and fishing. The Shore Trail goes through the picnic area.

3) Saddle River County Park

Saddle River County Park is a 577-acre linear park along the meandering Saddle River and its tributary brooks. It consists of five park areas that are linked by a multi-use path, including circular paths around some ponds. The bike-and-pedestrian path extends from Ridgewood to Rochelle Park and is approximately 6 miles in length. It follows the Saddle River and Ho-Ho-Kus Brook and passes by the historic Easton Tower at Route 4. The path features a scenic waterfall at Dunkerhook Park, and several ponds, tree-shaded picnic areas, pavilions, playgrounds, tennis courts, and athletic fields are accessible along the path.

Many of Wild West City’s buildings are accurate reproductions, loaded with period items and antiques. When you visit you will learn about late 19th century farming tools, period dressmaking, blacksmithing, and much more. Be careful though, if you break the law, you might end up in a circa-1890 jail cell! 4) Lee Turkey Farm

Lee Turkey Farm has been raising quality turkeys for 80 years. Each year they raise 3,000 turkeys that are sold directly from the farm market. 6) Queens Farm

Queens County Farm Museum is one of the longest continually farmed sites in New York State. The farm’s 47-acre historic site has produced food and fed New Yorkers for over three centuries. Also, check out New York City’s only corn maze there, Friday through Sundays!
