The holiday has come,

and it is called Sukkos,

it feels like just yesterday,

people were working off their tuchus.

Another Sukkos has come,

another step on the ladder,

is the food kosher l’Pesach,

wait, it doesn’t matter!

Because it’s the holiday of Sukkos,

with schach and four walls,

all the stores are closed,

all the restaurants and malls.

We shake the lulav and etrog,

hadassim and aravot,

during the ushpizin,

we welcome the avot.

The sukkah is to commemorate

the Clouds of Glory,

we sit in it today,

to remember its story.

So eat in the sukkah,

and have a cup of tea,
