Last week, freshman parents gathered for an unforgettable night of fun, food, entertainment and connections at Ma’ayanot’s annual Freshman Parent Night Out. The night kicked off with a delicious dinner where parents could mingle and meet others. After Mrs. Neugroschl, head of school, welcomed everyone, the fun began with a friendly competition of a Panoply, trivia game that had everyone on the edge of their seats. Parents grouped up to test their knowledge on everything from pop culture and history to Ma’ayanot school trivia, sparking plenty of good-natured competition. Laughter and cheers filled the room as teams vied for the top score, and winners proudly walked away with gift bags of Ma’ayanot swag. The evening wrapped up with hearing from Nina Bieler, ninth grade dean, who shared reflections on the journey ahead for their daughters. Parents left with new friendships, valuable connections and a sense of the strong Ma’ayanot community that will support them throughout the high school years.
