The TABC varsity hockey team hosted the JEC Thunder in its first home game of the season on Thursday, November 14. The team entered the gym in style, debuting new uniforms for the occasion. Freshman Eli Mazin made his high school debut in net and came away with the win, stopping several shots on goal. Senior Yonatan Brothman scored less than a minute into the game and the rout was on from there, which included sophomore Noam Simon getting on the goal sheet for the first time. The final score ended 13-2 in favor of TABC.
Two nights later, the team traveled to Deal, New Jersey on Motzei Shabbos to take on the Hillel Heat. The rout was on again with the Storm winning by a final score of 10-1. Moshe Strulowitz ‘25 led the team with a hat trick. The Storm are now 4-0 on the season with a big home game against SAR looming.
