Students in the freshman and sophomore Video, Media, and Broadcasting (VMB) track enjoyed a special presentation by Max Mannis. Mannis is a well-known social media personality, video editor and researcher for Jomboy Media, a popular multimedia sports brand. Mannis discussed some pros and cons of being frum in sports media and conveyed to the students how important it is to be true to themselves and their beliefs.

Meanwhile, VMB’s sophomores have begun a sports broadcasting unit. They will be broadcasting a cornhole tournament. To prepare for the broadcast, students are playing in their own cornhole tournament to understand firsthand what it’s like to play the game. Students are busy modifying the rules to make gameplay faster and more fun to watch. May the best team win!
