The OJBA is proud to be launching its biggest event yet. Scheduled for November 29, the OJBA Interstate Event will expand to include Orange and Rockland counties as well as neighboring counties in North Jersey. The full-day event will be an epic fusion of property experts with a wide scope of connectivity. Having so many like-minded individuals under one roof will coordinate an iconic presence with many viable resources at the disposal of every exhibitor and attendee.
The OJBA staff has effectively signed a proposal with the Meadowlands Exhibition Center for this event. Featuring expansive exhibitor space and a grand ballroom for booth visibility, the event is scheduled to be a union of epic standards. Each exhibitor booth will be strategically placed so that every company gets the best representation and sales approach. Wider aisles mean more networking space, and with OJBA it’s mostly about networking and sharing.
The OJBA’s Meilech Weber refers to the upcoming event as “one that the community and region has never before witnessed. The preparation is intense, but we are motivated by the incredible response and generous blessings of renowned rabbis and prominent business associates who are very appreciative of our community-oriented efforts. So many of our friends and company associates are in the business of property dev or construction and there are constantly new advances, building codes and requirements. It’s hard to keep up with it all, and here we have the coordination of all experts who will be gathered with a unified vision of spreading the education and sharing the value.”
Changes in the construction industry are far reaching, with recent updates in energy-efficient budget cuts and sustainable building solutions that require skill and expertise. There are also municipal laws and requirements, among other key components in industry specifics. Varied suppliers and subcontractors are also going to attend the event, with access to leading builders with whom they have previously never been affiliated.
