The yeladim at Kol Chaverim Preschool in Fair Lawn are eagerly learning all about Chanukah.They love to be helpers in class, just like the helper candle— the shamash! Each class is making a unique and multi faceted menorah to bring home in time for Chanukah. The children love to count the candles and pretend to light the menorah each day. Singing and dancing to their favorite Chanukah music is one of the favorite parts of their days. They have all created a kad shemen and explored how oil is made too. Everyone cannot wait to eat oily and delicious sufganiyot and latkes soon!
