The award-winning JEC High School STEM program wasted no time getting started this year as students learned about the powers and potential of the ever-expanding STEM Lab.
New students surveyed lab offerings and had the opportunity to choose areas of focus for their individual and groups projects for the year. Returning students got back to work, continuing where they left off in collaborating and creating innovative designs and inventions. All students also received a primer on lab safety and guidelines for success.
“Our lab is at capacity. We have added additional educational staff and we are working on aggressive expansion plans,” said Principal Rabbi Ami Neuman. “Our students thrive in school and after graduation from a STEM program that continues to break new ground and sit on the cutting edge.”
