The Jewish Center of Teaneck welcomes Rav Yishai Klein and Yiskah Klein as the their Yishai and Yiskah, faculty members at Ben Porat Yosef, successfully led the Jewish Center’s Youth Minyan and Mommy and Me program last year, and now the Jewish Center looks forward to their assuming leadership of the entire youth department every Shabbat.

Rav Yishai and Yiskah come to the Jewish Center with extensive experience in both formal and informal education in Israel and the United States.

Rav Yishai, a native of Beit El and an officer in the IDF, has successfully taught at the Yeshivat Otniel high school program and served on the community’s leadership council. Yiskah, originally from Tzfat, has served as a regional coordinator and educator for the National Service (Sherut L’Umi) program, and has extensive experience mentoring at-risk teens and youth, while preparing them for their matriculation exams.

Rav Yishai and Yiskah are the proud parents of Eliyah (10), Alumah (7) and Dror (3).
