Event marks construction milestone for new hospitality property at Glenpointe in Teaneck.

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises recently held a “topping out” event for its new 350-room dual-branded hotel now under construction at the mixed-use Glenpointe complex in Teaneck. The construction milestone marked the final concrete pour for the new hospitality project,which is scheduled for completion in 2018.

The dual-branded hotel will include 190 Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton rooms and 160 Homewood Suites by Hilton units. Both brands will share the same entrance, meeting room, function space, fitness center and parking garage. Guests at both brands will enjoy complimentary breakfast and free WiFi access. Glenpointe’s new hospitality property will bring additional lodging options to the region while producing long-term, sustainable benefits for the Township of Teaneck. Upon completion, the hotel is expected to bring more than 6,000 guests per month to the area and will create dozens of permanent hospitality-related jobs.
