2) Mountain Creek Resort

Mountain Creek is a ski resort in Vernon Township, Sussex County. It is located on New Jersey Route 94, 47 miles from the George Washington Bridge. Mountain Creek contains 167 acres of skiing area, night skiing, snowboarding and snow-making activities. Features 44 trails with a top elevation of 1,490 feet.

3) Windham Mountain

Windham Mountain is more than a New York ski resort. Pairing small-town Catskills charm with 21st-century ambiance, at just over two hours from the New York metro area, Windham Mountain is proud to be the Northeast’s premier year-round outdoor lifestyle destination. Hunter Mountain is a ski resort located in Greene County, New York, about three hours northwest of New York City in the town of Hunter. It features a 1,600-foot vertical drop.

5) Belleayre Mountain Ski Center

Belleayre Mountain, in Catskill Park, New York, is a ski resort. It is the only Catskill resort that contains a gondola and attracts many new visitors from New York City. Its continued improvements include the only Catskills Cat-access skiing and snowboarding, the Area 51 terrain park, two progression parks, mogul trails ranging from intermediate to expert bumps and extensive glade skiing. 7) Blue Mountain Resort

Blue Mountain Resort is a ski resort located in Palmerton, Pennsylvania on Blue Mountain. Blue Mountain serves the Allentown, Philadelphia, New York City and Wilmington urban areas. Features 40 trails with a vertical of 1,082 feet across 164 acres.

8) Shawnee Mountain Ski Area

Shawnee Mountain is a family-oriented ski resort in eastern Pennsylvania located right outside East Stroudsburg, I-80, exit 309, next to the Delaware River in the easternmost part of the Poconos. Features 23 trails with a vertical of 1,351 feet.

9) Camelback Ski Resort

Camelback Mountain has trails for all levels of skiing and snowboarding, ranging from beginners to experts. Camelback Mountain is the biggest ski and snowboard resort in the Poconos and is known for the biggest snow tubing park in the USA. Reaching an elevation of over 2,100 feet, Camelback provides 166 acres of skiing and snowboarding terrain with a total of 39 trails and 100% night skiing and snowboarding!

Vermont

10) Mount Snow Ski & Snowboard School

Mount Snow ski area has terrain suitable for all ability types, from gentle beginner slopes to blue cruisers and challenging black diamonds. The resort is known for having great snow-making coverage, excellent grooming operations, modern facilities and a comfortable lodge. Skiers and riders have access to 600 acres, serviced by 20 lifts. The Bluebird Express lift, Mount Snow’s six-person bubble lift, transports skiers and riders to the resort’s summit elevation of 3,600 feet. But it’s all downhill from there: The 1,700 feet of vertical drop sees an average annual snowfall of 156 inches. Has a whopping 80 trails!

11) Okemo Mountain Resort

2) Mackay Ice Rink

A recreational skate for all ages. Ice hockey is also available for boys and girls ages 6-18. Players will receive full equipment and learn to play ice hockey. 3) Ice House

With four regulation-size NHL rinks, the Ice House is the largest facility of its kind in the tri-state area. 4) Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park – Ice Skating

5) Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park – Ice Bumper Cars

Not your typical bumper car, these bumper cars go on the ice! Must be 7+ years old, at least 42 inches tall, and under 300 pounds. (See website for additional requirements.) If available, bumper cars can be booked online up until the morning of the selected date. Any open cars can be reserved onsite on a first-come-first-served basis. 8) Autobahn Indoor Speedway: Indoor Electric Go-Kart Racing

Karts at the Autobahn Indoor Speedway can go up to 50 mph and drive along a professional Grand Prix track. Reservations are highly recommended. 2) Human Bumper Balls
