RPRY Early Childhood enjoyed a very special סיום ספר בראשית this week. The whole division came together with their families to celebrate at our “Shema Under the Stars” event. The children began in their classrooms with a beautiful קריאת שמע project followed by a musical הבדלה lead by Rabbi Ribalt. After that, Morah Judy lead everyone in singing our ספר בראשית songs from every פרשה. The room was lit up with glow sticks and glow-in-the-dark stars that created a magical ambiance. The program ended with singing אחינו and the children left with a special take home bag with a “moon” cookie and a hot chocolate packet. It was a program not to be missed!
