Yeshivat He’Atid kicked off its monthly parent-child learning program this past Sunday. Over 100 parents and children came together for a child-friendly minyan, a bagel breakfast and Torah learning. There was a beautiful kol Torah throughout the cafeteria as parents and children learned their own sources or those provided by the school. Rav Daar wrapped up the morning with a short story and Dvar Torah about the importance of finding meaning in Torah and mitzvot. It was a beautiful way to start the month, and Yeshivat He’Atid looks forward to continuing this monthly tradition throughout the year.
