Moriah lower school continued their spirited tradition last Friday with the communal recitation of Hallel for the month of Cheshvan. This student-led program is a monthly highlight for all lower school students. The students also spoke about the importance of the month as this is the month Rachel Imenu passed away. One fifth grader gave an impressive Dvar Torah about what we can do to make this month special, despite not having any holidays.

There are few things that Moriah students look forward to more than singing “Ya’aleh V’yavo” during Hallel. It tends to be a very emotional and moving moment for lower school students. With every arm around a shoulder, it’s truly a beautiful sight to see. Chodesh Tov!
