CSS Welcomes Beth Grafman as Inaugural Chief Development Officer

Beth Grafman is a dynamic and accomplished non-profit professional with a proven track record of raising millions of dollars for both international and local organizations. Her impressive portfolio includes leadership roles at renowned institutions such as Sheba Medical Center, the Israel ParaSport Center, the JCC of Mid-Westchester and PJ Library.

An inspiring manager and mentor, Beth excels at building collaborative relationships that drive success for boards, teams and the broader communities they serve. Her ability to unite stakeholders and foster strategic partnerships has been a hallmark of her career, and she brings this expertise to CSS at a time of critical growth and opportunity for the organization.

As an active community volunteer and leader, Beth’s passion for strengthening Jewish life and security runs deep.
