WTA Third Grade Brings Rashi to Life

WTA third graders have been working so hard on their Mesibat Rashi. The students worked in small groups to dive deep into a specific teaching from the renowned commentator Rashi. Through this process, the students brought their learning to life in a truly creative and engaging way. Each group transformed their assigned passage into a play, full of lively songs and dances, impressive costumes and incredible scenery.

In addition to the performances, the production included a remarkable art gallery exhibit, where the students showcased their artistic interpretations of key Rashi passages. The gallery was filled with vibrant works of art, each piece thoughtfully created to reflect the deeper meanings of the texts they studied. It was a beautiful blend of creativity and scholarship, highlighting how the students have internalized the lessons of Rashi in both intellectual and artistic ways.

The Mesibat Rashi was more than just a performance—it was a celebration of all the hard work, dedication and growth these students have experienced throughout the year. From mastering complex texts to expressing themselves through music, dance and art, the event was a testament to the unique, holistic education they are receiving at WTA.
