This week, Yeshivat He’Atid’s bnot sheirut continued their focus on teaching about Medinat Yisrael. They taught classes about the conference in 1949 which resulted in the official national emblem of Israel. Students learned about the process to create the emblem and about the emblem’s symbolism. Afterwards, students, inspired by the original, created their own versions of what an emblem for Medinat Yisrael might look like.
