Following last week’s 7-2 win over division rival East Side, Maury Bauer had a hat trick and two assists to lead Frisch to a 9-3 win over Nottingham-Hamilton at the Ice House in Hackensack.
Benjamin Feintuch tallied two goals and two assists and Jake Lasher had two goals and an assist for Frisch. Joseph Tropp and Noah Petak each dished out three assists, while Jake Fromen had a goal and two assists in the win. Kevin Kolczynski had a goal and an assist, Nick Diaz had two assists and Connor Luckie scored for Nottingham-Hamilton. Charlie Freilich made six saves and Sammy Volodarsky made 10 saves for Frisch, who have started the season with three wins.
The offensive outburst placed a total of eight different Frisch players at the top or near the top of every major statistical category—goals, assists, total points, goaltender wins—for the day, throughout the entire state. Next up for the Cougars is division rival West Orange on Thursday evening at Mackay Park in Englewood.
