Last Wednesday, BPY hosted an event in honor of Sharsheret Pink Day, where students showed their support by wearing pink to raise awareness for this important cause and organization.  Middle school students had the privilege of hearing from Ellen Kleinhaus, Sharsheret’s Director of National Outreach, who served as a guest speaker. A special thank you to the sixth grade students who organized a bake sale during elementary school lunch periods to help raise funds for this worthy tzedakah—of course, all the baked goods were pink. It was a truly successful and meaningful day and BPY is incredibly proud of everyone’s involvement in supporting such an important cause.
