Chabad of West Orange Spreads Light of Chanukah Throughout the Township

On Thursday, December 14, West Orange Mayor Robert Parisi and Rabbi Mendy Kasowitz, director of Chabad of West Orange, lit the official township menorah on the third night of Chanukah in front of Town Hall in West Orange.
