The next meeting of the Genealogy Club of Central Jersey (GCCJ) will be on Thursday, January 11, at 7:00 p.m. at Ahavas Achim Synagogue, 216 South 1st Ave. in Highland Park. The featured speaker will be Nathan Reiss, discussing “Introduction to Jewish Genealogy: The Basic Nitty-Gritty Stuff That You Need to Know in Order to Get Started.”

The purpose of this talk will be to discuss the primary sources of information that are useful for persons just beginning their research. No technical experience is required—only interest and patience!
