The snow day at JEC was an amazing experience. There were six different shiurim offered for grades one through eight, with approximately 150 students who called in to learn. That was in addition to the two stories for early childhood and one video-story shared with the school. JEC is so proud to have such dedicated rebbeim and morot, and such engaged students.
With the weather still dropping on Thursday, the winds bitterly blowing and roads icy, it was once again not safe to drive to school. So JEC brought a parsha experience—with separate shiurim for each grade level—to its students, so they could stay home and help with Shabbat preparations and keep filling their kindness buckets: #jecbucketfillingchallenge.
