Dr. Amy Rosen was a guest lecturer at the Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies. She spoke about medical ethics in a class entitled You Be the Judge. Among the issues raised was a case of two siblings quarreling over whether their mother, who had suffered a massive stroke and was on a ventilator, should be resuscitated if she were to suffer any irreversible complications. Dr. Rosen, a physician, is a parent of two BCHSJS students.
