A group of 15 MTA sophomores left for Israel last week to participate in the yeshiva’s one-of-a-kind Makor Chaim Exchange Program. Yeshivat Makor Chaim is located in Kibbutz Kfar Etzion and was founded by noted Jewish educators Rabbi Adin Steinsaltz and Rabbi Dov Singer. Each year, MTA sophomores and YMC juniors spend an academic quarter in each other’s yeshiva. The first few days have been packed with activities. Talmidim enjoyed many exciting activities, learning, dancing and visiting the Kotel.
