I’m writing to commend Rabbi Prusansky’s shul rule regarding leaving cell phones out of shul while davening. I think this is an amazing stance to take and everyone should use this as an example.
I often wonder why, when I go to Israel and am at the Kotel, I see so many women on their phones at the holiest place in the world. I simply do not understand why they don’t have similar rules there.
