The kesher students have with TABC lasts a lifetime. TABC rebbeim Rabbi Scott Friedman, Rabbi Michael Hoenig and Rabbi Ezra Wiener recently returned from visiting alumni learning in yeshivot in Israel over winter break. They spent time in shiurim, meeting one-on-one, socializing and connecting.

The trip culminated in an incredible reunion shabbaton in the Old City of Yerushalayim. Alumnus Meir Jacobs ‘17 enhanced the shabbaton with a siyum, made on the Aish HaTorah roof, overlooking the Kotel and Har Habayit. On motzei Shabbat the group heard a Dvar Torah from TABC Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Yosef Adler and then enjoyed a kumzitz lead by Yosef Karduner, where they were joined by TABC Dean Arthur Poleyeff, the Hoenigs (Coach Robert and learning specialist Donna) and former TABC rebbe Rabbi Nosson Rich, who made aliyah this past summer. The rebbeim returned to America with proud reports of how the talmidim continue to grow as bnei Torah in Eretz Yisrael.
