On Thursday, February 1, Alexandra Zohn, certified eating psychology and holistic health coach, presented an important wellness topic to Ben Porat Yosef parents. She focused on the five pillars that sustain health, both emotional and physical, including diet, sleep, movement, pleasure and relaxation, and relationships. Parents learned about the importance of creativity and spirituality as a source of happiness. The event was the first in a three-part series sponsored by the BPY parent-teacher organization.
