To help students internalize one of the messages of Purim – connecting with others – students engaged in a Yom Chesed on Ta’anit Esther. Children of all ages, from Early Childhood to grade six, wrote cards in appreciation of others. From office staff to security personnel, from the maintenance crew to chayalim in Israel, students crafted thoughtful messages recognizing how each of these individuals make our world a better place.
