The RKYHS boys Yesodot (foundations of Jewish Thought and Law) classes recently embarked on a tefillah project. The boys had to research a personality from Tanach that offered a tefillah and write a report on the circumstances that led that personality to their tefillah, what the tefilla was, what was the result of their tefilla and what part of davening became more meaningful for them as a result of their research. Each student had to give a presentation based on their research accompanied by a PowerPoint. The boys did a very impressive job on their reports and presentations.
