JKHA congratulated the winners of the Tzitzit Reality League this week. The winning teams were rewarded with a Dougies lunch. The celebration was a culmination of a six week league in which teams of three students each competed in head-to-head competitions to encourage tzitzit wearing. The finalists were the students who wore tzitzit every day of the season. It was a remarkable way to foster a sense of community working towards the goal of shmirat mitzvot and doing so in a positive way with real results. We know this incentive system will encourage students to continue keeping the mitzvot with intrinsic motivation.
