Originally from Israel, Haim served in the Israel Defense Forces for 11 years, working in the air force and honing his skills as a hard worker and team player. Having attended the prestigious Tel Aviv University, he went on to pursue a career in technology as both regional manager and client manager for NICE Systems in Raanana, Israel, until relocating to New Jersey where he continued in this role. He also worked as a support manager at IPC Systems, Inc., providing support for their telecommunications products and guided his team in a demanding environment. Haim brings with him 15 years of expertise in sales and customer relations, having established solid relationships with his customers in technology.

Haim came to V&N from Keller Williams where he worked for five years, developing an extensive knowledge of Bergen County real estate including Closter, Englewood, Bogota, Wyckoff, Franklin Lakes, Bergenfield, Teaneck and more. The breadth of his real estate knowledge extends to many aspects of the process, including short sales as well as investment properties. “Working for the IDF as well as in the world of technology allows me to service my customers and clients at the highest levels,” Haim said.
