This past Sunday, April 22, Bris Avrohom of Fair Lawn held a Holocaust Memorial Event with Holocaust survivor Mr. Edward Mosberg. The event started with Mr. Mosberg and Rabbi Mordechai Kanelsky carrying in the 500-year-old Sefer Torah that survived the Holocaust, with the whole crowd rising.

Mr. Edward Mosberg, Holocaust survivor of four concentration camps, shared his life story and mesmerized the 200 attendees, among whom were the children of the CETT Hebrew School, parents of the children and members of the community who came to listen to his life story infused with inspiration and passion. Mr. Mosberg showed the audience a 500-year-old Sefer Torah that survived the Holocaust, as well as different objects from the Holocaust. He concluded with his words, “The six million Jews who were murdered only because they were Jews, I will never forgive and I will never forget!”
