Join Ma’ayanot for Adult Education and Inspiration

(Courtesy of Ma’ayanot YHS) Ma’ayanot Yeshiva High School will kick off its 5779 adult education program with its Annual Community Yom Iyun, to be held on Sunday, September 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p,m., at 1650 Palisade Avenue in Teaneck. The keynote address will be given by Ma’ayanot’s principal, Rivka Kahan, on the topic: “Sin and Redemption in Gan Eden.” The keynote will be followed by a series of shiurim given by members of Ma’ayanot’s distinguished faculty.

Ma’ayanot’s Thursday shiur series for adults also began this week with a lecture on “Looking at Ourselves and Each Other Through Rose-Colored Glasses: The Torah Approach,” by Dr. Rayzel Yaish, director of guidance. The Thursday series will continue on September 20 with Rabbi Donny Besser’s popular series, “Finding God Masked in Podcasts, Part II.”
