In honor of parshat Noach, Yavneh Ganon children worked very hard on a large-scale replica of the teiva, which incorporated the use of many different skills and materials. They used their fine motor skills to rub crayons onto oak tag to create a wood effect and then glued popsicle sticks on top to make the wood planks covering the teiva.
The students “mabul week” fun continued when they re-enacted the entire story, complete with rain-gear, stuffed animals brought from home and kid-sized classroom teiva!
