Boker tov and good morning, it’s going to be an amazing day! What a special opportunity to greet all the elementary school students every morning as part of our Morning Greet. Beginning the day as one school, one family, students come together and sing the school song, do some calisthenics, be challenged in acts of midot, posed with a parasha riddle or just asked to share a smile. Concluding with Hatikvah, the Morning Greet, in many ways, summarizes the school’s focus for the year. To quote the school song’s chorus: “We are team JEC and we’re standing here with pride. Parents, students, teachers together side by side. JEC’s our home, the school for me and you. With Torah as our guide, we are the yellow and the blue!”
