JEC HS Students Are Inducted Into National Technical Honor Society

Last week, 13 JEC High School students were selected to membership in the first ever Jewish New Jersey chapter of the National Technical Honor Society. The NTHS is the acknowledged leader in the recognition of outstanding student achievement in career and technical education. Thousands of schools and colleges throughout the U.S. and its territories have a chapter of the honor society on their campus. NTHS helps its members seek post-secondary education by awarding over $260,000 in scholarship annually, and by building career portfolios with professional letters of recommendation.

Through their hard work and dedication, during class and beyond, these 13 young men have distinguished themselves in STEM learning, and will gain tremendously from all the benefits of membership. Their participation in this cohort will give them an important head start into this most competitive field.
