LPS Has Hebrew Story Time

Nursery students at Lubavitch on the Palisades read a story in Hebrew called “Eliezer V’haGezer” about a carrot seed that grows but has a hard time being pulled out of the ground. It takes a dog, a cat, a mouse, grandmother, grandfather and a girl named Avigail to pull the carrot out of the ground. The children had so much fun dressing up and acting out this story and learning new Hebrew words. To reinforce the concepts of the lesson, the children enjoyed creating their own carrots.
