Rabbi Yaakov and Merav Waks, youth directors at East Hill Synagogue in Englewood, and shlichim at Ben Porat Yosef, joined 42 emissaries, from 11 countries and eight U.S. states, went to at an Ohr Torah Stone training program to tackle critical issues affecting Diaspora communities.
