JLNJ Editor Elizabeth Kratz visited Morah Chana Greenberg’s fifth grade limudei kodesh class for her annual talk about journalism as they begin their Project-Based Learning program creating “a newspaper as written the time of ancient Persia.” Kratz provided tips and tricks and heard amazing ideas from the students, who will now create their newspaper articles, advertisements, letters to the editor, advice columns and more for their newspaper. One student contribution from this project will be chosen to be included in the Link’s Purim Spiel section. Best of luck to all of the budding journalists.
