On Tuesday, March 12, the North Jersey Jewish Business Alliance will host a conference to discuss unconventional lending opportunities available to businesses, real estate investors and developers. The conference will be held at Saint Peters University’s Sky Room in Jersey City from 12 to 2:30 PM.

The conference will begin with a networking session which will be followed by lunch and a panel discussion. Panelists will include: Christina Fuentes, Director of Small Business Development at the NJEDA, Jeffrey Rich, Partner at Genova Burns, Saul Friedman, Managing Partner at Saul N. Friedman & Co, Christopher McManus, SVP at Investors Bank’s Equipment Finance Div., Paul Gilbert, SVP at Meridian Capital and Jason Sobel, Associate at Sills Cummis & Gross. The distinguished presenters will be discussing nontraditional lending opportunities available for growing businesses and for real estate investors, including but not limited to bridge & hard money loans, NJEDA loan programs, SBA loans and Opportunity Zone equity investments.
