On Sunday, March 10, Dr. Eric Mandel, director of the Middle East Political Information Network, spoke to the students of the Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies on the topic of “Understanding Israel’s History and Today’s Dangers.” Using various maps and other visual representations, he showed the students the vision of Israel from the Balfour Declaration up until present times and then he spoke about Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah and the BDS Campaign. A lively question and answer period ensued.
