In honor of Yom Ha’atzmaut, The Idea School students spent a week immersed in different activities conducted in Hebrew and celebrated Israel’s heritage, history and culture. Among the many programs were a yoga lesson and a Krav Maga lesson—both conducted in Hebrew, a ceremony honoring Israel’s fallen for Yom Hazikaron, a ceramics class in Hebrew and a fun and food-filled “Tel Aviv” style BBQ. A great way to celebrate the Yoms!
