A group of RKYHS students visited the headquarters of Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick for an insightful career panel. Representatives from the human resources and talent management departments spoke to the students about the various career opportunities available at such a large organization and what the different departments focus on. They also discussed different roles within the organization. The representatives offered career advice for students and tips and pointers that they can even start in high school and college that will set them up for success in the future. As a result of the Johnson & Johnson visit, RKYHS junior Hannah Kirsch launched the RKYHS Career Club that will expand upon what was discussed at the visit, planning for additional speakers and office visits.
