For Planetary Night, each child wrote and illustrated their own research paper on the planets.. The focus of this year’s Planetary Party was on saving our planet, Earth. To do our part in keeping our environment clean and healthy all projects for the night presentation were created with the following words in mind: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. At the Planetary Party last Wednesday, it was so exciting to observe how the children displayed the knowledge acquired through their research. First the children sang three songs and explained the processes implemented to complete the research. Morah Molly was in the STEM room making comets using dry ice with parents and children. In the Herschmann auditorium all the projects were displayed. The children were excited and prepared to talk with parents and grandparents about their research reports and projects. It was a fun-filled, exciting, out-of-this-world experience!
