TABC’s class of 2019 marked the completion of their high school journey with a beautiful commencement ceremony just before Shavuot with nearly 1000 people in attendance. The program began with introductory remarks by Head of School Rabbi Asher Yablok, a benediction by Rabbi Kenneth Hain (grandfather of graduate Akiva Hain) and greetings from Rosh Yeshiva Rabbi Yosef Adler. Valedictorian Ned Krasnopolsky, who will be attending Yeshivat Har Etzion in the fall and Cornell University for college, then addressed his fellow classmates. Salutatorians Avraham Gellman, who will be learning at Sha’alvim, followed by the YU Honors Program, and Alex Ostrin, who will also be attending Gush followed by Princeton University, each addressed the audience with meaningful messages. Moshe Golubtchik then represented the grade’s completion of Masechet Sanhedrin with a siyum. The program concluded with the presentation of class awards and diplomas by Principal Arthur J. Poleyeff.
