As a key team member, Nadritch will leverage her corporate recruiting experience to provide clients with the tools and advice that will empower them to take control of their professional journey. She will conduct workshops and work with individual clients with a focus on resume writing, interview preparation and enhancing networking skills.

Nadritch, a former talent acquisition executive with Vitech Systems Group and PR Newswire, brings over 20 years of experience building C-level management teams for professional service organizations, management consulting firms and software development companies. In her most recent experience Nadritch was integral in defining and implementing global recruitment strategies and creating successful university recruitment programs. Throughout her career, she has assembled numerous award-winning business development for numerous causes and non-profit organizations, including Emunah of America and Friendship Circle and is the cofounder of the Frisch School’s Work Study program for high school seniors.
