Though it’s hard to say goodbye to summer and the warm sunny days, Bruriah Middle School is “glowing with goodness” as we are proud to convey in the tagline “Bruriah Bright.” The first day of school was alive with welcoming activities, a delicious salad bar, cool Bruriah swag: glitter headbands and glow pens. We welcomed the new sixth grade students and the recent addition of eight new middle school students. Once the girls experienced orientation and locker setup, classes began and were in full swing. The school is excited to introduce some new initiatives, to include: Robotics club, Mindful Movement class and a robust computer science curriculum. Mrs. Greenwald, assistant principal of the Middle School, believes that “the Middle School teachers and staff are so positive and passionate about learning and growing that the students truly feel it. It is their warmth and devotion that play a major role in creating an environment of positivity and growth in Bruriah Middle School.”
